Returns & Refund Policy

Because of the nature of Sushi Rolls services, refunds are reasonably given at the sole discretion of Sushi Rolls Limited.

Once an order has been placed and delivered by our driver, you must contact Sushi Rolls directly should you have any complaints relating to the contracted services. Sushi Rolls will aim to resolve any such issues within two business days.

Any cancellation of services must be notified to Sushi Rolls no less than two full business days in advance. Any cancellation made less than two full business days will be charged 100% of the contract. Cancellation of services made three or more business working days may still be charged at 50% of the contract depending on factors associated with
your catering requirements.
